I wanted to bring up an issue we’re facing with SailPoint aggregation and the Effective Date Offset in Workday. As you know, we’ve set SailPoint to aggregate users if their hire date is within the last 14 days. However, we ran into a situation where a user’s hire date initially fell within this 14-day window, and their SailPoint cube was created accordingly.
Due to some unexpected reasons, the user’s hire date was later changed and is no longer within the 14-day range. As a result, SailPoint is now treating these users as rescinded. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
