Hello Everyone,

I haven’t integrated the Workday SAAS connector, but I did find this documentation, hopefully it helps:
Aggregation of Rescinded Future Hire Records
Aggregation of Rescinded Past Hire Records
Aggregation Settings
Thanks Vincent for your kind response, I have already applied changes as per given instructions, but seems like its not working.
I have not worked with the SaaS connector. I know when we had a rescinded process it was causing issues in our downstream systems. We had to make that action work like a termination as to not impact down stream systems.
I want to say this is part of the field override service in Workday. And would need to be added on the Workday side in order for ISC to see the value.
Might want to look at the get workers api call to workday to see what values are returning and verify that IS_RESCINDED is coming back in that api response.
Based on what I am seeing in my XPath mappings IS_RESCINDED is indeed part of the Field Override Service.
When this use this value to calculate the LifeCycleState using a transform.
Hope this helps.
Thanks dear for your kind response, Can you let me know what should be XPath mapping in this case, I saw getWorker api and this attribute is mentioned in transaction log of the user.
Sorry I am new to SailPoint and may be bad question.
For the XPath you would need to work with a Workday Admin. They would be able to tell you the exeat mapping for the attribute you are lookin for. We do not have that value in our XPath which is why I know it is part of the Field Override Service.
A Workday Admin would need to tell you what the attribute is when it is being passed in the getWorkers call. The responses from Workday can be a little over whelming so partnering with a Workday Admin/Developer is highly recommended.
