We have a workday Auth source; a few identities are showing disabled at the account level, and their LCS is active.
Do you have any idea why it is disabled at the account level? This is not all the users only a few users, and try to compare

Do you have any transform to calculate LCS state? As LCS state needs to be calculated based on Workday status attributes using transform.
The LCS status has been updated correctly, and the other account status looks correct. Only the workday account is having the issue.
Does the workday account status changes after a day or two? if that happens then this is normal. There is OOTB attribute in workday connector
