Hi Team,

We are trying to integrate a Workday Accounts Connector in our SailPoint IdentityNow tenant. We have a complex provisioning requirement and wanted to know is it possible to integrate Workday Accounts connector with SNOW? We know that we can integrate JDBC and Web Service connectors with SNOW but not sure about “Workday Accounts” connector. Please suggest.

Workday Accounts connector is used to get Workday Account records from Workday application (Basically HR Source) to enable/disable Workday Accounts. What are you trying to do with this connector? I did not get integrate workday accounts connector with SNOW? Do you want to use this connector to integrate with SeriviceNow.

Yes correct can we integrate this Workday Accounts Connector with ServiceNow?

No it is not designed for ServieNow. There are serviceNow specific connectors you can use them instead
