Hi Experts,

I Have configured the windows local connection, I have used the service account that has local admin permissions on the windows server. All the IQ service configs are given properly (connecting through port 5050) . But when I try to do test connection, I’m receiving the timeout issue.

Error ;

java.lang.InterruptedException: Timeout waiting for response to message 0 from client 69e7346a-39f7-40f7-ac55-058160923ff8 after 15 seconds.

Can someone please help me to solve this error.

Also could someome please share the port number that is required to connect windows local server from Sailpoint Identitynow.

For Connection timeout issue, You need to check the firewall logs to see where the traffic gets dropped. Sometimes due to firewall rule or the problem on server.
