Hi Experts,

Would like to know whiche operation should I choose for a “A new user should be able to perform global role request” schenario and if I need to add before and after rule for it?

Hi @jomartolosa

You need to use the Add Entitlement Operation.

When you request for Role which has Entitlement(s) will be triggered.

You need to config Create Account operation as well.

Agree with @MVKR7T,

Add Entitlement is the correct operation. Basically when you request role entitlement attached to role calls application context and plan is created.

As is mentioned in the thread, you should use add Entitlement operation to add the group when access is requested.
