Webservice Connector Entitlement provision issue

Hi All,

In webserivce connector, when I try to provision an entitlement to an user, user is assigned with two one is properly provisioned another one with warning symbol “The entitlement Does not exist on the account” attached the screenshot for reference. Same case for multiple entitlement provisioning as well.

Is there any configuration I am missing here ?

Hi @arrajagopalan welcome to the community!

Have you re-aggregated the user account, refreshed the Identity and ran a ‘Perform Identity Request Maintenance’ task?

Do you see any exceptions in the Access Request object?

Do you see two records of the same entitlement in the entitlement catalog?

Does the user have any roles assigned to them?
