Web Services Connector Special Character Issue

Hi,

We have a requirement where if the user has special character(s) in his/her First Name and/or Last Name, it should be provisioned to the target system as is.

We have observed that when we onboard a user having special characters in the above-mentioned attributes, the special characters are displayed on the user’s Identity attributes as is and the same goes for the user’s Active Directory Source Account.

Although, the user’s Web Service Source Account displays some random dump character on the above attributes instead of the special characters

@chirag_patel you mentioned in another post that webservices should handle encoding OOTB. Can you related that to our situation and provide insights?
