I have deploy VA in my VirtualBox, but when i am trying to add a VA to the cluster it is not pulling CCG number.
Could you please help me with this one.

If yes, the CCG version will may be appear during the next autmated VA updated.

Its been 3days since its deployed.
Can you check ccg docker has there if that is not there probably system might have performed restart during docker installation in VA btw this is automated process
If ccg docker images is not there i recommend you to go for fresh VA setup
Hello Narendra,
There could be several reasons for this. I recently ran into the same CCG number is not available issue while deploying a VA in VMware for my lab.
What worked for me was:
- Assigning a static IP to the VA. SailPoint also documents a static IP for local VA deployments.
- Changing the VM network adapter to Bridged mode. Since you are using VirtualBox, you could try the equivalent Bridged Adapter setting.
- While troubleshooting, I kept only one lab VA powered on to rule out any duplicate or conflicting network configuration. This was just an isolation step in my lab, not a SailPoint requirement.
I would especially check the VA network connectivity, since the VA needs outbound connectivity to SailPoint for CCG and other services.
Execute the command below:
sudo docker ps
View the result of this command, it ccg container is not available in the list, it means ccg docker image is not downloaded properly at the configuration time.
To fix this, deploy the image again to your virtual box and try connecting again. Do not restart the VA manually in between. Manual restart can cause problems.

Now i can see CCG numb, but my VA is in inactive state. I tried restarting the cluster and VA, but still it shows inactive status
Is your vm running? If not powerup your vm
yes it is running.
I also restarted my cluster using command $sudo reboot.
Can you check is your vm ip is matching ip in va cluster also can share the warning 
message shown in cluster .
Where you able to login to va box and run any ping or nc commands ?
@narendrachintu If it still not getting connected, then you can reset the VA and execute the pairing command to get the new pairing code and attach it with the VA Cluster.
You can execute the command below:
va-bootstrap reset
Create a new VA Cluster in UI. Delete the existing VAC.
Execute the below commands in VA to set the passphrase and generate the pairing code.
va-bootstrap set-passphrase
va-bootstrap pair
