Using a Dynamic Extended Attribute for CC in Email Triggers

Hello everyone,

I would like to use a dynamic extended attribute in an CC field of an email notification.

Goal:
The extended attribute should be populated with a workgroup, and this workgroup has an associated email address. When a trigger is scheduled (e.g. based on a specific process status), the requester receives the notification – and the CC field should dynamically include the email address from the extended attribute.

Question to the community:
Has anyone implemented something similar using extended attributes in CC of email templates?
Are there any best practices or limitations to be aware of – especially when linking workgroups to email addresses?
