Hello,
Is it possible for only the logged in user to appear here on the screen even though the “Request on Behalf” option is enabled?
We want to maintain the request on behalf but don’t appear all the users in this screen

Is this a ServiceNow screen? Not sure we can help with ServiceNow questions, perhaps someone in the community has some experience but you may be better served asking this in a ServiceNow forum
Is a Sailpoint plugin in Service Now.
This configurations is on the plugin.
To my knowledge, not without changing user roles in ServiceNow. There are a couple of roles that are included with this plugin
If users have x_sap_intidn.onbehalfof, they can request on behalf of any user.
If you want to restrict the users that they see in that first screen, you have to apply a different role to the user. x_sap_intidn.user will show only the current user or users that report to them, so maybe that’s your next best option
Are you talking about this option?
Assuming so, I have that turned on in a non-prod instance. I removed x_sap_intidn.onbehalfof from a user and added x_sap_intidn.user and that bypassed the user selection screen
Hi Mark,
Thanks for your collaboration.
The question is other. I want to mantain the behalf of, for the user ask access for others, but I don’t want users see the other users in this first screen, I want that only appear the logged user and the user can search for other above.
I think isn’t possible, I don’t found anything in the documentarion.
In that case, you’d have to modify the widget to suit your use case
Hi @wanderson_marchi88 ,
At this moment it’s not possible with OOTB configurations. You have to customize the plugin for this.
