User Role - NERM (To view lifecycle activity)

Hi All,
I’ve created a new Service Desk user role and assigned the necessary permissions.

What I’m trying to achieve now is to allow the ServiceDesk group to view the Lifecycle Activity. This way, they can track the request history and see the approval status for each request on their end.

Is there a way to do that? or is it possible?

Would need to enable the Admin permission under the “Application” dropdown selection. Downside is that is gives all Admin access to the backend dashboard.

I’m not sure if/when SailPoint plans on creating much more granular permissions for Admin access.
