Unable to trigger the trigger "Identity Created" on workflow

Hi,

I am trying to trigger the “Identity Created” workflow, but I am encountering an issue.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enabled the workflow with the “Identity Created” trigger.
  2. Aggregated a new CSV in the delimited file source, which contains a new account.
  3. A new identity was created through the set Identity Profile.
  4. The workflow did not execute.

Here is my setting of the “Identity Created” trigger

I am able to search the identity from “Search”

Is there anything misconfigured that would prevent the “Identity Created” trigger from executing?

Were you able to see the Identity Created event from the Search ?

I tried again with the following configuration on the “Identity Created” trigger and confirmed that the workflow has been enabled, but I am still unable to execute the workflow.

Additionally, I attempted to search for events after aggregating the new accounts, but there seems to be no event related to “Identity Created.”

I suspect that the aggregation of the updated CSV with new accounts does not trigger the “Identity Created” event.

I just found that we need to use “string” in the filter value to ensure that the Equal filter works correctly for strings.
