Unable to see Create Sheet button in Access Intelligence Center (IDN)

I have assigned the below user levels to my user in IDN
Admin, Report Admin, Access Intelligence Center - Author

However, the user is not able to see Create Sheet button anywhere in Access Intelligence Center. Please help.

Admin > Dashboard > Access Intelligence Center > Access Intelligence Center

It may not help in this case, but I did encounter an issue one time with screen size and the dashboard. I had to zoom out in my browser to see some of the options.
May not help, but worth a shot!

Hi All,

This was a bug in Access Intelligence Center.

A fix was pushed yesterday afternoon to correct the issue.

If you are still experiencing issues with the duplicate and authoring functions:

1. Verify the user has (Admin OR Report Admin) + AIC Author User Levels
2. 15 minutes has elapsed since an AIC User Level change
   -If you have done both of these please reach out to me directly or open a support ticket.

So by clicking on Assets on the left it opens up the view in the screenshot.
Then click on MY OWN and go to the bottom to see Create New Sheet. It can be done on both AIC Audit and the Access Intelligence Center.
