Trying to create a role for the Access Intelligence Center and the permissions don’t populate when I try to assign them to the role? (Reader User Level
Author User Level)

Hi @TJ211,

AIC are required to discover key insights into your identity and administration. To setup the same user are required to provide Reader and Author permission in order to perform the operations eg. Creation of sheets, Building sheet by access data.

To provide user level it can be done via an Identity Management → Identities → Action and set the user level. For more information refer to the provided link - Managing Identities - SailPoint Identity Services

Note:- User levels are managed by administrators. They are not requestable and cannot be included in Roles or Access Profiles.

Ok good to know Prashant. I was able to assign other permissions thru Roles? Why would they exclude this permission?

Even I’m not sure, but yeah for AIC we don’t have any way to include these permission in access profile or Role.
