When we trying to delete the any application account, under the option Manage Accounts tab, it is showing as submitted but the account is not deleted. In the provisioning transactions, there is no entry and in the identity request there are no results. However, the account deletion is successful, when the Application Owner submit the request from Manage accounts.
If you are using a customized LCM Provisioning workflow for managing accounts, I recommend enabling trace for LCM Provisioning workflow. After enabling the trace, try deleting the application account again and review the provisioning plan. The trace logs will provide detailed insights into the workflow execution, allowing you to identify any issues.
