We have lost our sandbox VA due to infrastructure reasons. We have tried creating a new one, following new procedure for imaging and pairing.
On UI VA appears now as connected, bot without ccg version:
On VA, ccg appears as enabled, but when trying to start ccg we receive:
for every command we try to trigger with sudo, we receive same error. Even trying a sudo reboot.
Any clue?
