VA not able to connect

HI All,

We are trying to configure VA in our Partner tenant. I am able to generate the pairing code and got the below message.

Success! The VA is paired. VA configuration could take about 30 minutes. You can exit this window.

But after this message VA never got connected and still remain in Draft.

Any inputs on this issue?

You probably need to use the -t argument when initializing the VA. See here: Enhancement: Improved VA Setup Process! - #19 by sagar_kamalakar

Thanks @patrickboston. But -t demo is not allowed.

sailpoint@sailpoint-va ~ $ va-bootstrap set-passphrase -t demo

Please take latest image from salipoint and create a new VA in your aws or azure and then try to connect after setting all outbound and inbound rules tags etc.

i faced the same issue since the VA is old and sailpoint upgrades the VA Image for that reason it does’nt connect properly. in this case we can create a new VA in cloud and then can connect easily
