Troubleshooting Access Requests Resolution

In the documentation for Troubleshooting Access Request, it outlines the problem, but doesn’t include any resolution or next steps. What would be the solution for a user experiencing a scenario where they received a confirmation email for a submitted request, but it doesn’t show in their My Requests list?

There are a couple possible reasons a request no longer shows in the “My Requests” section after a notification was received.

One is the requester may have cancelled the request after submitting it, you should be able to confirm this by checking the event logs related to that requester.

Two is the approver might be one of a group of approvers in a governance group associated with the requested access and another approver may already have approved/rejected the request.

Maybe start with checking/confirming one of the above scenarios?
