When trying to create a new Access Request, after the filling the information, the following error appears.
- An unexpected error occurred: org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not execute statement
Can you try to check the sys log to find the stack trace for the error which should contain the JDBC SQL statement that failed and database error code for the failure.
If you can post that it would be helpful to find out the root cause of the issue.
@bermelo did you made any customization in LCM Provisioning ? is this failing for some case or all use case ?
It only shows this, I just noticed that the same error appears when trying to create Certifications
