The users are receiving the password Expiration mails. Even after reset the password in IDNOW

The Password last changed value has been synced in AD & Identity Now. Even though the password expiration mails continuously sending to the End User.

This might be due to a configuration issue. If you haven’t already, please open a support ticket. Our support team is better equipped to investigate issues like this.

We had same issue, submitted support ticket. Got word it was an issue - that they had an incident open on. Sure enough it was noted here:

I re-signed up for alerts when there are issues for my tenant - so that I would be made aware should that happen again.

This issue got fixed by the teams, post fix SailPoint team asked the run the un-optimised aggregation for AD source to stop receiving the password rest notifications…
