does anyone know how we can kill “Active Job” in sailpoint IDN when it is running forever, and we do not know the exact root cause. We have tried reboot of VA servers, and that did not help. We are unable to check aggregation of Authoritative source as current Identity Refresh task is still running and this will queue up new task thread. How do we resolve this on our own? this thread says there is no option to kill active refresh task from UI or API - Terminate Identity refresh job
