Terminate Identity refresh job

Hello,

Is there a way or API to terminate the “Refresh Identities: IdentityProfile” job? If yes, how can it be done?

Hi @Sushant ,

I’m not familiar with this job. Can you please provide more details on where you see this in the UI? Also, can you share the steps you take to trigger this job? Thank you!

Hi @colin_mckibben,

Support got back to me and said that there is no API to terminate the refresh job.

You can see that job running in the Dashboard–> Monitor.

Steps:

  1. Make changes to the identity attributes mapping in the Identity Profile.
  2. Update the profile.

Thanks for updating us @Sushant . Unfortunately, if there is no API and no UI button to terminate, then it’s not possible at this time.
