The Epic connection is failing with the below error any idea on how to fix this:

[ ConnectionFailedException ] [ Possible suggestions ] Ensure the Epic system host is reachable and there is a smooth connectivity between Identity Server and Epic host. [ Error details ] Failed to connect to Epic System. SOAP header missing

Prerequisites
Epic Web Services
The Core, Personnel Management and Common Module of the Epic Web Services must be enabled for access. A
debugging interface available on the Epic Web Services server, displays the enabled and disabled status of various
Epic Web Services. This debugging interface must be used to view and verify that the required Web Services are
enabled when integrating with IdentityIQ. The format of the URL for the diagnostic service is as follows:
http://[epic‐webservices‐server‐name]/[epic‐instancename]/StatusPage/Main.aspx
For example:
http://example‐epic‐websrvr.acme.com/Interconnect‐TST_POC2014/StatusPage/Main.aspx
Epic provides SOAP based Web-Services for connecting to various APIs. All communication with the Epic Interconnect server should be done via these APIs. For Epic Healthcare to work, following web services must be enabled
