Error 500 during EPIC aggregation. Test connection works.

The EPIC EMP connector is successful when testing connection, however it fails when running aggregation with the below mentioned error, it aggregates only about 300 accounts. I have tried disabling partitions and run the aggregations, I still get the same error with the message “Error aggregating partitions.“, and the aggregation fails almost immediately. No accounts are aggregated.

Any guidance on what the issue could be?

Hi Rahul,

Could you try to change the aggregation setting and change the page size with low in numbers( eg. 10 or 50).

In case that doesn’t work I would suggest to increase the timeout value accordingly. Let me know if that works.

I am in the same project, so replying on Rahul’s behalf.
We have tried to play around with the page size and timeout settings. But its not working whatsoever and still giving the same error.

Could you please go to Aggregation setting and do the suggested configuration.

  1. Provide the error in Retry Error List

  2. Increase retryCount

  3. Increase Wait Time for Retry to 5000

If in case it still doesn’t work I would suggest to open a ticket with SailPoint Professional Services as it’s a OOTB connector by SailPoint.
