This issue seems to be related to a setting in ServiceNow (specifically for a REST call) can you try to reach out to the ServiceNow team to make the update as suggested in this document - Maximum execution time exceeded error while making an inbound REST call - Support and Troubleshooting - Now Support Portal
Also, might be worth it to increase the retry count in the ISC source - " On the Advanced Settings page on the UI, add entries to the Retry Error List and enter the maximum number of times you want to retry the aggregation"
