ServiceNow Aggregation Error

Hi All,

I am getting an error while aggregating servicenow accounts -

Error!

[ InvalidResponseException ]
[ Error details ] Failed to retrieve records for the account. Message: NullPointerException , Detail: NullPointerException Check logs for error trace or enable glide.rest.debug property to verify REST request processing

The test connection is working fine, and I could not find much in the ccg logs either. Just the same error even after enabling debug level logs.

Has anyone seen this error in ISC?

Hello Naman, this error is a ServiceNow related issue, I would suggest going to the ServiceNow admin and sharing with them the error. This is something they need to fix on their end.

I was able to find a few links (not sure which ones will be useful to them)
