Epic Connectivity Issue in EpIC

I am getting one issue in EPIC connectivity from VA to the EPIC Server. I am able to ping the Load Balancer URL of EPIC Servers but it gives me issue while doing the test connection.

Error: Ensure that EPIC host is reachable

But EPIC host machine is reachable via the VA.

Can you please check the VA logs present in the log folder of VA, file name is ccg.log. Check which error you are seeing.

I have already checked the logs. It shows this only

If possible, can you please share the entire log from VA?

One more question, is it only happening in one environment or both the environment.
