General IAM Team Size: There is no average size when it comes to IAM teams, as it depends on the company size and project scope. However, a typical range for IAM teams is 4-20 people.
The approximate number of users supported by an IAM team function can vary greatly depending on the organization’s size and the scope of their IAM implementation.
In my current project: migration/upgradation from IIQ 7.1 to 8.4p2, there are only 4 people - 1 employee, 1 contractor, 2 resources from QA/QC.
