My client is having high level requirements as below.

  1. Client’s requirement for a consolidated staff/honorary data model and multi‑appointment identity representation, including identification of required changes to identity structure, lifecycle processes, and access assignment rules.

  2. To implement required configuration changes to support consolidated data ingestion, single identity representation for Staff and honorary staff, appointment‑level lifecycle processing, and access revocation aligned to individual appointments.
