SSB on Wrong Version After Upgrading

Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

Version 8.4

I have upgraded our SailPoint iiq to version 8.4p1. I went through all the upgrade steps and validated the version.
Now, when I build a war from my SSB and inflate it in the identityiq location, when running the iiq console I get “System version 8.2 does not match database version 8.4”
I verified that GA 8.4 and patch 8.4p1 are the only files in the base folder location. The build properties also contain the updated version of 8.4p1.
Why is this building with an 8.2 version?

Do you have env. specific build properties file? That might be one of the reason your ssb is picking up build file based on the env. in server.properties file

I do have an env specific build property file. That is set with version 8.4p1

I see this when building the war file, but the end result when connecting to the console (after inflating the war) is 8.2.

-expandGAreleaseAndPatches:
[echo] Found IIQ binaries for 8.4p1. Building for this version.
[echo] Will look for eFixes in directory: base/efix/8.4p1 …
[echo] Binaries already extracted. Use clean to force a expansion

sounds like the new war maybe not deployed in the application server, or somehow app server is still using the old war.

@Alyson_Trad try to run clean first then do build. Hoping build.properties u already updated with these changes.

IIQVersion=8.4
IIQPatchLevel=p1

Thanks, running a clean war was able to get me to the updated version.
