Sp-config import failure - Error verifying Signature

Hi IDN experts,

I am using ths sp-config api (/beta/sp-config/import) to export and import the cloud rules from our dev tenant to uat tenant. The rule has been updated and deployed successfully to dev tenant via SailPoint support and now I want to deploy the change to uat tenant. However, it returns the following exception. Would anyone know what is the problem and how to fix it? Thank you.

I just noticed this issue as well. IDN is not putting the jwsHeader or jwsSignature in my exports in either our sandbox tenant nor our production tenant.

I remember we could migrate the new cloud rule from our dev to uat tenant using the sp-config export and import api. However it does not work if we want to update the rule.

Just want to confirm what will be the correct way to migrate the cloud rule to different tenants. Any suggestions from SailPoint representatives are appreciated. Thank you.

We have an existing dev ticket to address this issue. If you could contact support and tell them that Triage suggested that you report your issue, advise them to create an ETN ticket and link it to PLTIN-3928 we can keep you updated on progress.
