@kaiolima first one indeed seems like credential issue.
For second please make sure that IQService is up and running.
Check in IQSevice Host → task manager → windows services → start Iqservice instance
For the second error, I restarted the VA and it started working again. I found that on the same day it stopped working, there was an update in the Microsoft environment. Could this have affected it?
And regarding the first error, the client ID and client secret have expired.
