Source Sub admin and Admin not able to view Governance Groups in the drop-down list

Hi Team

I wanted to check if this is limitation in IDN or we are missing something while giving access. I have one user who is source sub admin roles assigned to manage some sources. I created some governance group so that he can update the Governance group on the access requests himself. The problem is that he is not able to see the governance groups in the drop-down list. Although I have org admin access i can see all those governance groups.

I know source sub admin cannot manage the governance group. Is he cannot view the governance group which already existed.

Please do let me know if I am missing something in the process or this is how IDN works.

Hi @Yoginder00,

This is the expected behavior of IdentityNow. Source sub admins do not have the ability to manage governance groups, and therefore they are not able to view or select them from the drop-down list.

You can refer the User Level Matrix to get better insight on what a specific admin can or cannot do.
