Hello Sailpoint Community,

We are trying to configure a OOTB snowflake application (Everything OOTB, no customizations/rules). When we are trying to do the test connection, we are facing the below error:
[ InvalidConfigurationException ] [ Possible suggestions ] An error occurred while querying the Snowflake server. Make sure the connection parameters are valid and correct. [ Error details ] javax.net.ssl.SSLException: readHandshakeRecord

Steps we have tried to troubleshoot:

  1. Verified that the credentials are correct (Account name, Passphrase and URL)
  2. Tried generating new pair of public and private keys (As per sailpoint documentation)
  3. The reader account has all the permissions on Snowflake
  4. The SSL certificates are looking good
  5. PS: We have other snowflake applications which are working fine, but not able to figure out what’s issue with this particular one.

Has anyone faced similar issues? Any advice/help is appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

Hi @mbommakanti3298 ,

This seems to be a certificate issue, can you validate if the certificate is added to the keystore

We still have the same issue, even after updating the cert in the java keystore. We recently observed that out linux servers are hosted in aws us-east region servers where as the target application is hosted in aws us-west region. Telnet connection from our sailpoint servers to target systems is closed in with in 15 seconds. Is there any way to tackle this issue?

Please check if there are any firewall rules in place that may prevent the connectivity.
