Snowflake connector issue in IDN

Hello all,

I have configured one source in IDN using Snowflake connector. While testing the connection it is giving below error.

Does anyone have any idea why I am receiving this error?

Can you delete this source, recreate it from scratch and see if issue persists? Also are you using Snowflake SaaS connector or the VA based connector?

I am using the Snowflake VA-based connector. I have tried configuring the source on both the DEV and STG tenants, but the issue remains the same.

I would say check the va logs to get more information.

Hi Vishal,

Yes, by checking the logs I see there was an auth error. I fixed the issue by changing the private key and now it is working fine.

Can you help understand who is responsible for creating the keys ? Application team or Us?
