We are working on SNOW catalog integration with ISC.
Currently, when the requests are created in ISC from SNOW, the RITM number is stored in metadata of the access request and non searchable in search interface.
This causes issues in generating access request status mappings with respect to SNOW requests.
Did anyone else encounter this issue and come up with a workaround?
@arjun_sengupta : We have similar need. were you able to find a solution or work around for this? our audit process needs these reports specially for Certification campaigns.
May I know what do you mean by stored in metadata. How did you get metadata info ?
