Does anyone know:
Does IdentityNow have the ability to read a request within ServiceNow and provision based on the ServiceNow request or does the request for which you want IdentityNow to provision need to come through the IdentityNow service catalogue via ServiceNow.
Options:
Manager logs into SNOW and elects option to manage/add/remove a user’s access and SNOW creates a SNOW RITM/REQ that IDN reads and provisions off of and closes the SNOW task.
Manager logs into SNOW and selects option to manage/add/remove a user’s access which takes the manager (unbeknownst to them) to the IDN service catalogue and from THAT IDN provisions the access.
