SLACK access request provisioning error

Hi Team

I have created a role for slack wherein it will provision an entitlement and ad group with it however when I tried to request I’m getting this kind of error. Does anyone of you encountered this as well?
Hope someone could help me figure this out. It looks like it’s not a permission issue on Slack but I’m not sure.

Check the error logs for more specific details about the failure. These logs often provide clues on where the issue lies, whether with the connector, permissions, or policy misconfigurations. If you can provide the exact error message, it would help narrow down the root cause.

You can do couple of checks,

  • Please check if the debugging is enabled on the connector. if not please enable and see if the ccg captured any traffic regarding this!
  • Check if any of them require additional attributes or specific configurations when combined with other sources or for any dependency.
  • Make sure you have the latest data in ISC and Check the user account that the entitlement you are trying to provision is not already granted.
  • Make sure that the entitlement is requestable & not a privileged access which might be a restriction from the Source!

Hi @pablonovoa,
Try to onboard a duplicate of the application you are working on and do another testing with it.
I did this and it worked for me.

Hello @CeeJ1 after talking with the support team, it was because of an update realeased in september. the have just fixed it and it is working.

please check the below permissions for provisioning .
check from search → account activities all attributes are populating are not which you have mapped in Create Account .I hope it is helpful.
