We need to integrate with a Siebel CRM Version 16.9.0.0 and the documentation tells us that the OOTB connector supports version 16.0.0.0, so the question arises if this OOTB connector will support the version that we have 16.9.0.0

usually SP lists all the supported mayor version and minor version too.
For Siebel, Sp supports version 16 without specifying any minor version like for 18 or 19, so or is not supported or there was no need to specify it, since it is an old version.
You have 3 way: open a ticket to SP for confirmation, read the oracle documentation for understanding if are present relevant changes(between 16 and 16.9) or testing yourself.
I tried to searching in community and documentation but I dont find anything on it.
In my expirience, with other connetors too, for minor update (like this case) I didnt have any problem.
