SailPoint’s Oracle ERP – Siebel connector supports the following versions of Siebel’s CRM Managed System:
Siebel CRM version 17.0.0.0 (IP 2017) along with patches 18.X, 19.X, 20.X, 21.X, and 22.X
Siebel CRM version 16.0.0.0 (IP 2016)

Siebel 24.5 version will support to IIQ 8.4 version ??

Hi @SecurityConsultant123,

i find this page aboutn SP 8.4.p1 and It confirm the compatibility until 23.X.

Maybe the 24.5 is supported or in any case it works the same but without all the features or you need wait another patch.

Try to open a ticket to SP.
