Servicenow ticketing integration status is not syncing in IDN

Hi Team,

We’ve done integration between Servicenow ticketing tool and IDN. We’ve raised a access profile request for one disconnected application, which currently has no account for disconnected application account. This identity has proper Servicenow account correlated. When we raised a request, we see ticket generated properly in Servicenow for create account. For testing purpose we added those details in accounts csv of disconnected app and then aggregated in IDN. Service now ticket status made it as closed_complete and we ran Servicenow governance connector aggregation as well. But the account request is in executing status only. when this status will get changed to committed. Do we need to run anything or any job will do that action. Do we need configure something. We’ve status mapping done in integration. Please suggest.
