JIRA Service Desk unable to see the status for the Tickets created in IDN

Hi Team,

We have integrated with Jira Service Desk for ticket creation in IDN through the Service Desk integration.

The integration is apparently working fine. I am able to create tickets but we don’t have visibility to check the status of the tickets we have created or the ticket id created, just when the ticket has been closed we can see that it is finished.

The idea is to gather all the tickets created by IDN and the actual status for each one.

IdentityNow uses Jira Service Desk API to check the status of ticket based on Beta- Time check configuration:

Status coming from Jira application is mapped to ticket such as committed, failed, etc.

I am afraid that currently there is no out of the box way to see the tickets created by Service Desk integration. You will have to use JIRA APIs to view the tickets and its status.
