Servicenow ServiceDesk Integration Connector Related help

Hi Folks

We have an issue with one of the use case when we are working on the Service now Service desk connector, whenever access request is submitted, RITM is completed is Servicenow end, when we run the check status of queued items, we see the identity request is moving unverifiable from Committed, instead of finished, can someone please help why this is happening
