ServiceNow - Catalog Integration - Email Notification

Hi,

We are in process of publishing ServiceNow - Catalog integration with IdentityNow. While testing the solution, we observed that when request submitted notification is sent to approver, it does not state the name of the requestor. Rather it says the name of the person under whom the PAT was created and used for configuring the catalog integration.

Also, the same user is shown as a requestor, which does indicate who actually raised the request.

Is there any configuration change that needs to be done to get exact requestor details in email as well as in approval UI.?
