We are setting up the ServiceNow Service Catalog. We have installed the application from the ServiceNow app store and configured it successfully. We are able to submit requests which create a ServiceNow request but when the request is sent to ISC the integration account is set as the requester. How do we configure so that the person that initiates the request is set as the requester in ISC?

When you say this, are you raising access request fior specific access in SNOW which raises Service Request??
So In sailpoint , you are seeing SNOW integration account as requestor??
To be able to see actual requester name, you may have to use Authorization Flow for authentication instead of client credentials flow.
