ServiceDesk connector creating incidents prefixed with SPINC

Hi,

We have IIQ 8.4 p1 and trying to get incident tickets created for specific events using service desk connector. Able to get the incidents created but its creating incident tickets created like SPINC instead of INC. Looked at transform maps and tables in Service now. Its going from x_sap_sdim to incident. table. Can you let me know how to get incident created with regualar SNOW incident tickets INC, not like SPINC
