Sending verification code to user for KYC

Is it possible send verification codes to users without invoking a password reset?

Here is problem we are trying to solve:

User calls helpdesk > Helpdesk agent needs to validate identity > Helpdesk sends code to known user contact details > user reads back code to validate identity

Not with ISC. It’s not an identify verification tool, that’s a different market / space.

Though, if you must, you can integrate an interactive workflow with an SMS gateway over API. (e.g. SMS API for business text messaging | Twilio)
