This session explores a proof-of-concept integration between Generative AI and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) APIs. We will demonstrate a ChatBot web application powered by OpenAI’s LLM, capable of interacting with ISC to assist users in managing access requests. The session will cover core use cases, including role initiation, access request submission, and request tracking—all through conversational AI. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced developer, this session will provide valuable insights into integrating AI with identity security platforms.

Please do not experiment with your ISC production tenant or real user data unless the LLM (Large Language Model) you are using is officially certified by your organization.
