Once we submit the access request , it is waiting for either manager or approver’s action. When the approver/owner want to get/share some data to the user, they can add those comments in comments box. Usually, this will be notified once they take any decision [submission of workitem] like approve/deny. But simply if they post the message [yellow highlighted comment box], we would like to notify those messages to the user/owner/requester.
any thoughts, please assist.
